Zilo partnered with Pidge to build a scalable logistics operating model for its 60-minute try-and-buy fashion deliveries. Pidge combined a dedicated PDR fleet, smart allocation, barcode verification, live rider tracking, partial delivery, COD closure, reverse pickups and managed operations within one connected workflow.

The solution helped Zilo scale from 70 orders per day at launch to 600–700 orders per day while maintaining its 60-minute fulfilment promise. It also enabled consistent execution across five active Mumbai regions and created a repeatable operating framework for future expansion.
