Instamart partnered with Pidge to build a scalable rider supply model capable of supporting the speed, accuracy and operating discipline required for quick commerce.

The deployment went live in September 2025 and was scaled through a phased city-wise rollout. Rather than relying on standard external 3PL supply, Instamart’s operations were supported entirely through the Pidge Powered Network (PPN), creating a dedicated rider layer that could be trained around dark-store workflows and operational SOPs.

Pidge combined PPN-led rider deployment with scan-based pickup, rider-level order verification, real-time operational monitoring and centralized governance. This helped Instamart expand rider capacity during high-demand periods while maintaining more consistent pickup and execution standards across dark stores and cities.
