Rider Overview & Tracking

Track an individual rider by searching for the rider in the sidebar or by clicking on the track icon on the Rider Performance’ page.

Guide to Rider Tracking (refer to the image above)

  1. View the rider’s current day’s ‘Delivery Performance’ here, including the number of ongoing deliveries, delivered orders, and failed orders.
  2. See the rider’s shift time for the day and their actual login time here. You can log the rider in or out using the toggle button.
  3. The ‘Outstanding Amount’ shows how much cash a rider owes to the business.
  4. From here, you can track the speed at which a rider is riding their bike when they are on an active order.
  5. The ‘Task Details’ section indicates whether the rider is on a pickup task or a delivery task. You can assign admin tasks to your rider from here. This is useful when you want the rider to cover paid kilometers or return to the hub after completing a delivery.
  6. The ‘Track’ icon marks the live location of the rider.

You might want to know:

  • You can assign an admin task to the rider if you wish for the rider to return to a specific location or designated hub after completing an order.
  • In the ‘Rider Overview’ box, under the ‘Task Details’ section, clicking on ‘New Location’ or ‘Saved Hub‘ will open an address page.
  • Fill in the details and click ‘Confirm.’ The kilometers that your rider travels during an admin task will be calculated as part of their payable kilometers.
  1. From the sidebar, open the Live Tracking page to view the map.
  2. Here, click on the ‘On-Track Riders’ button to see the locations of all your riders who are on duty.
  3. Additionally, you can apply filters to search for a specific set of riders. You can also search by Name or ID using the filter icon and the rider icon respectively

Yes, you can change the sequence in which your rider delivers the orders.

To rearrange the delivery sequence, follow these steps:

  1. Open the ‘Live Tracking’ page from the sidebar to access the map.
  2. On the top left of the map, click on the rider icon.
  3. Here, search for the rider for whom you want to change the delivery sequence.
  4. The rider’s task list will open, showing the number of tasks, estimated completion time, and the status of each task.
  5. To change the sequence, click and drag a task from its current position to the desired position.
  6. Click on ‘Update’ to save the changes. The updated sequence will automatically reflect on the rider’s app as well.

You’ll notice a colored ring around your rider’s profile image, as well as a dot next to their name. These colors indicate the rider’s attendance.
