Assistant Manager ( Rider Hiring )
Minimum 3 years in recruitment.
This person will be responsible for complete Hiring, Onboarding of Delivery Executives as the hiring requirement of the business.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for the complete rider hiring of the company.
- Generating Leads, calling the riders for interviews.
- Responsible for monitoring of Daily roster.
- Connecting with Manpower hiring agencies and arranging riders for interviews through them.
- Meeting targets of weekly rider hiring.
- Scheduling on-boarding session for each batch of riders.
- Initiating BGV of new joined riders.
- Connecting with Procurement team to obtain inventory of all new riders.
- Graduate in any field.
