Job Overview

This person will be responsible for complete Hiring, Onboarding of Delivery Executives as the hiring requirement of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for the complete rider hiring of the company.
  • Generating Leads, calling the riders for interviews.
  • Responsible for monitoring of Daily roster.
  • Connecting with Manpower hiring agencies and arranging riders for interviews through them.
  • Meeting targets of weekly rider hiring.
  • Scheduling on-boarding session for each batch of riders.
  • Initiating BGV of new joined riders.
  • Connecting with Procurement team to obtain inventory of all new riders.


  • Graduate in any field.
